Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan:- Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) having autonomous status has been established under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, which was passed by the Parliament and promulgated in 1997. SECP regulates the securities market and related institutions like Mutual Funds, Central Depository Company and Credit Rating Institutions. Secondly, it administers Company Law.
